As we continue to improve our offering, we are pleased to announce the addition of a new class and a slight timetable change.
From Monday 2nd November all lunchtime classes will commence at 12:45 and will run for 45 mins (except for Wednesday Run Club which remains at 12:30).
The change has been implemented to ensure all Members still get an efficient, strong and fun workout while enjoying our excellent level of service.
With striving for excellence at the forefront of our minds, we have added an additional class ‘Barre Pilates’ which will take place every Friday (from the 6th November onwards) at 12:45, replacing spin.
This class will be run by Zuzana and will include a variety of techniques and movements designed to help our balance and stabilising muscles as well as incorporate some of the finer points from ballet, Pilates and dance. This class will focus on glutes, core and a blast of the cardiovascular system.
The class itself will feature music to help with the flow of movements and will be open to all fitness levels from beginners to advanced gym-goers.
As always, we are encouraging all Members to please book their spots in the classes as numbers are still limited.
