Share the Christmas feeling with our Christmas Feast

A festive lunch, dinner or tipple is once again becoming a tradition for many members and we are looking forward to delivering our extraordinary shared Christmas spreads.

 

Last year the Club looked magical and we are once again excited to dust off the tree and surround our newly refurbished Members Bar and Dining Room with the Club's festive décor.

 

Below is Head Chef Nathan’s mouth-watering creation for Christmas 2018. Reserve a spot and book your festive lunch or dinner today and let us do the rest!

 

Mains:

Atlantic Salmon baked with lemon and herbs

Honey baked ham

Turkey breast served with cranberries and nuts

Slow roasted lamb shoulder

 

Sides:

Fresh garden salad

Spiced pumpkin mash

Baked carrots with almonds

Roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic

Roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and cranberries

 

Desserts:

Pavlova with fresh cream and summer fruits

House made Christmas pudding with brandy custard

Baked camembert with nuts, honey and white wine

Selection of cheese with lavosh and quince paste

 

$70 per person* Or

$90 per person* with fresh prawns and oysters for entrees

*Based on the selection of two shared mains and two desserts. Minimum of 10 guests.
