Ten out of ten: dining pioneers

What a week it has been. We think it’s safe to say, one of the most exciting in recent history. As we welcomed back Members, ten at a time.

 

Over fifty Members and their guests have taken advantage of Chef Nath's special menu; think roasted sweet potato and puy lentils with carrot, wild rocket, herbs, turmeric with a chicken, lamb or barramundi skewer. Or a lemon myrtle spiced grilled N.T. barramundi, served with your choice of chips and salad or vegetables. Old favourites remain, including Danny's classic soups and our special steak

 

Mario, Esmond and Popi were delighted to see so many of your faces back, and our various COVID officers including the AD and administration teams and GM Des relished their roles keeping Members and guests safe.
