    From 07:30

Ever heard of pre-hab? Physiotherapist Ashlea Cohen and rehearsal director Chris Aubrey from Sydney Dance Company will explain all to Chris Fydler over breakfast.

    What is pre-hab?

Pre-hab is a protective approach to avoid pain and injury. It involves exercises that improve and maintain spinal mobility, enhance muscle strength & endurance, proprioception and joint control.

    Can everyone benefit from pre-hab?

Absolutely! Prevention is the key. Anyone can undertake a pre-hab program no matter what sport they participate in. The key to a successful program is ensuring it is developed by a health professional in order for appropriate exercise prescription to be provided.

Learn about the techniques Ashlea and Chris use with their professional dancers from the Sydney Dance Company and how to adapt them to your own training. This is a must for anyone committed to their training.

Tattersalls Final Golf Day of the Year at NSW Golf Course

Tattersalls Final Golf Day of the Year at NSW Golf Course

    From 07:15

The final Tattersalls Golf day of 2018 will soon be played at the prestigious NSW Golf Course.

Founded in 1928 the course was originally designed by Architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie and is situated on the northern headland of Botany Bay. The course consists of couch fairways with bent greens and is links style set amongst the hills and valleys that lead to the rugged Pacific Ocean coastline.

From Golf Australia's Top 100 Course for 2018:

Designers: Dr Alister MacKenzie (1928); Eric Apperly (1937 & 1951); Greg Norman & Bob Harrison (2010); Greg Norman (ongoing).

Judge’s Comments: “A game of golf at NSW should never be taken for granted. It is blessed with one of the best sites for a golf course in the world. The view atop the 5th fairway is reason alone to battle the ever-present winds at La Perouse.” – Ben Jarvis.

“NSW remains the course in the Aussie Top-10, and indeed the World Top-100, with the most untapped potential. With both a new course architect and new superintendent in the works, the promise of the finishing touches finally being applied feels tantalisingly close.” – Scott Warren.

Join the competition for what is always a great day out, with the ultimate goal of winning the Victor Audette Shield (Best 3 out of a maximum of 4 events).

    Registration from 07:15

    Tee off 08:00
