Please note only morning spinning sessions are 45 minutes, all other sessions are 1 hour.
Cardio Boxing:
Boxing for Fitness. Our instructors will push you hard to gain the most for fitness from the oldest of the combat sports.
Stretch:
Enjoy this gentle, productive stretch session which will help work out any aches and keep your body flexible
Spin:
This is the perfect class to push your limits and fast track your cardio fitness. Our instructor will take you through the hills and flats for a complete cardio-vascular workout.
Technique Box:
Learn the skills of boxing and develop effective technique for this combat activity. Our experienced instructors will take you from first punch to advanced combos.
Circuit:
Take part in the purest form of Interval Training for improved fitness and well-being.
Yoga:
Our qualified Yoga instructor will take you through the four stages of Yoga in the Hatha style: Posture, Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation. This style is a more physical type of the discipline and will improve your core strength and overall wellbeing.
Core/ Abs:
Abdominal and lower back movements to improve functional ability as well as build strength for general fitness.
