Italian Spring Degustation Menu
To coincide with the arrival of spring we are delighted to bring you our new menu. To truly capture the essence of spring it includes a seasonally based mini degustation menu which we will be changing regularly to bring you the freshest produce coming to market.
All four courses will be matched with wines and coffee is included for $80.00 per person. Commencing from Monday September 5th our first menu will be comprised of a seafood platter for two( or more) to share with a glass of riesling, followed by a half crown of spring lamb with spring vegetables matched with a cabernet merlot, followed by chefs dessert of the day with a sticky or schnapps and finished with cheese, port and coffee.

If time is of the essence for your business lunching requirements perhaps the chefs special of a main course for $35.00 with a glass of wine from our wine partners of the month the Rothbury Estate would be more to your liking. We will be serving the Rothbury Estate chardonnay and cabernet merlot from the Hunter Valley as first pour in the members lounge and brasserie for the months of spring..
Our chef David’s steaks are proving so popular we had to keep them on the menu but there are plenty of new items on the menu to tempt your palate as well!
And the bar menu is also changing to include a wider range of light and healthy lunch options for your casual dining pleasure.
