AD Health and Fitness week
We've revamped the AD's yearly Health Week, to provide Members with more challenges, classes and information on health, fitness and well being.
The AD Health & Fitness Week commences Sunday 2 August and culminates with the City to Surf on Sunday 9 August.
Sunday 2 August - Jabulani Challenge
- 26km or 42km bush walk (or run) from Wahroonga to Lindfield www.jabulanichallenge.com
Monday 3 August
- 90 minute Power Yoga with Andrew Hampson from 6.00pm
Tuesday 4 August
- 90 minute Spin class from 6.30am
- 5km hit out with Damian around Mrs. Macquaries Chair (time TBC)
Wednesday 5 August
- Bootcamp in Hyde Park (time TBC)
- Naturopath Avi Natan will present a session on Weightloss (time TBC)
Thursday 6 August
- Kettle bells workshop with Bart (time TBC)
Friday 7 August
- Tattersalls breakfast talk in the Members' bar with guest speaker/s (TBC)
