Bootcamp each Wednesday 6am
Recharge your fitness for the new year and challenge yourself to the new Bootcamp session on each Wednesday at 6am. Bootcamp is a military inspired outdoor group personal training session that gets you in shape fast. Our training sessions are tough but being in a group-training environment is supportive, encouraging and fun.
These sessions are being run by AD Senior Trainer Bart Brys and AD Trainer Scott Peterkin. With Bart's experience in circuit training and core conditioning (TRX, Kettlebells) and Scott's strength and aerobic conditioning expertise, Members will be pushed through an effective one hour calorie burning workout.
