Club remains partially closed

The Club has received an update from the Police as of 12pm today regarding the potential collapse of scaffolding in a Castlereagh Street complex.

Based on this advice Members are advised the Athletic Department (AD), Snooker room and Administration offices will remain closed today whilst the Members' Bar and Dining Room will operate this afternoon and this evening.

In addition, the AD will remain closed for the weekend.

The scaffolding is at the large building site near the Stockland Piccadilly shopping centre, between Market and Park streets. Police have evacuated the Sheraton building, 179 Elizabeth Street and Tattersalls Club building.

Members and guests are welcome to visit the Members' Bar and Dining room (open for lunch), however other areas including the Athletic Department (AD), Snooker room and Administration offices remain closed.
