Employee of the Year - Chef, David Mullington

Congratulations to David Mullington who was voted Tattersalls Club's employee of the year.

This award was by popular vote from David's peers, and is fitting recognition of his contributions as the Club's Chef. David is responsible for the full operation and service of the Club's Dining Room, Members' bar and poolside servery.

The Club's food and beverage service includes the a la carte Dining Room open between Monday and Friday, the daily breakfast serving and the lunch and evening Members' bar service.
