Rotating Lunch menu everyday in Bar

Tattersalls Members' bar now offers a rotating lunch menu with Executive Chef John Roche providing an array of gourmet servings each day.

Members can now enjoy a new dish each day from the rotating bar menu. Sample servings include:

- Goats Cheese Salad tomato, mixed leaf, basil, avocado, olive oil and balsamic reduction
- Thai Beef Salad with sautéed sirloin steak, coriander and mint
- Roast Vegetable and Smoked Chicken Linguini with rocket pesto, pine nuts and parmesan
- Chicken Schnitzel with garlic tomato sauce and mash potato

All servings are $15.00.

Members can also order fresh made to order turkish sandwiches and gourmet salads.
