This is the perfect class to push your limits and fast-track your cardio fitness. Our instructor will take you through the hills and flats for a complete cardio-vascular workout.

 

Technique Box

 

Learn the skills of boxing and develop effective technique for this combat activity. Our experienced instructors will take you from first punch to advanced combos.

 

Circuit

 

Take part in the purest form of Interval Training for improved fitness and well-being.

 

Yoga

 

Our qualified Yoga instructor will take you through the four stages of Yoga in the Hatha style: Posture, Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation. This style is a more physical form of the discipline and will improve your core strength and overall wellbeing.

 

Pilates

 

A mat based class which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Perfect for athletes, seniors, pre and post pregnancy and for people who may be at various stages of physical rehabilitation. All classes cater for beginners up to advanced levels.
