The Australian Open Squash Tournament is set to be elevated to an “unprecedented audience” for the 2024 event, with the glass court placed in Martin Place, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

The Australian Open is the pinnacle event for squash on the Australian events calendar and has a rich history dating back to 1928. The prestigious event is on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) World Tour and attracts the best domestic players and an international contingent, all vying for the crown of Australian Open Champion.

* Men’s and Women’s Open will be registered as WSF & PSA World Tour Bronze Event and eligible for PSA ranking points.
* Graded Men’s and Women’s Events include Premier, A, B, C, D and E, Juniors, and Masters
* Finals to be held on the Glass Court in Martin Place pending weather and PSA scheduling
* Junior Events available and ability based on Squash level ratings.
* Graded events will be seeded based on Squash levels ratings, please enquire if unsure on grade.
* Guaranteed three matches in all Graded Events.
* Scoring: PAR 11, Best of 5 games.
* Official Ball: Dunlop Pro
* All players under the age of 19 must wear Squash Australia approved eyewear.
* Squash Australia reserves the right to combine events and move entrants between events where deemed necessary.
