From Monday 4 May until Monday 1 June

With over 90 years of combined experience within the Athletic Department, we are excited to introduce the latest edition of Wellness Bingo.

A favourite among members in previous years, Wellness Bingo is designed to help each individual get the most out of their routine, encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone and improving your overall wellbeing.

The challenge is very simple to follow. Starting Monday 4 May, members will have four weeks to tick off tasks and return their completed card to the AD team. Cards can be left at the desk for convenience.

The challenge concludes on Monday 1 June, setting you up to begin winter with a spring in your step.

Tasks will cover nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, strength, recovery, and a touch of relaxation to keep things balanced and enjoyable.
