This July, join us for a special Bastille Day celebration featuring one of winter’s most sought-after ingredients: fresh Southern Highlands truffles.
Your afternoon begins with a truffle cocktail on arrival, followed by an exclusive presentation from David Burdis of Ganymede Truffles. Based in the Southern Highlands, Ganymede Truffles is renowned for producing premium black truffles supplied to some of Australia’s finest restaurants. David will share the story of his farm, the art of truffle cultivation and harvesting, and what makes fresh Australian truffles such a prized seasonal delicacy. He will also be joined by Zazu, his highly skilled truffle dog and a favourite among guests wherever he goes.
Chef Fernando is creating a four-course menu showcasing freshly harvested truffles at their seasonal best. Each course has been designed to highlight the rich aromas and distinctive flavours that make truffles one of the culinary world’s most prized delicacies.
