Last Thursday, members had the exciting opportunity to feast their claws on a unique Lobster Lunch carefully cooked by Chef Fernando. The lunch proved to be a huge success, as the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive and encouraging. Here are just some of the comments left by our satisfied members:

The much-anticipated Lobster Lunch proved to be an exceptional experience worthy of the highest praise. The lobster served was generously sized, perfectly prepared, and cooked with a level of precision that allowed its natural sweetness and delicate texture to shine. The accompanying Mornay sauce was exemplary, balanced, flavoursome, and crafted with the utmost care.
Having spent years as a scuba diver catching lobsters along the Victorian coastline, and having cooked countless lobsters myself, I hold high expectations when it comes to crustaceans. I can say without hesitation that the lobster presented on the day was among the finest I have ever enjoyed. It stands equal to the very best I have prepared or tasted, and this is a testament to the remarkable skill and dedication of Chef Fernando. His commitment to excellence deserves special commendation, and I extend my sincere thanks to him for such an outstanding culinary experience.
The afternoon was further enriched by the excellent company. I had the opportunity to meet new members and engage in lively, thoughtful conversation that added warmth and conviviality to the occasion. The carefully selected matching wine complemented the meal beautifully, perhaps a little too enjoyably, though I will happily attribute that indulgence to the wonderful people seated around me.
Overall, the Lobster Lunch was superb in every respect: exceptional food, refined hospitality, and memorable fellowship. My sincere thanks to the team at the Tattersalls Club and to Chef Fernando for delivering an experience of such high calibre.
