There is something thrilling about the arrival of new wines. Each bottle tells a story, and each vintage reflects time. This quarter, we are excited to introduce a curated selection of wines that brings together both celebrated producers and lesser-known gems, chosen with our members in mind.

Among the highlights, two wines in particular capture the spirit of this new selection, each offering a distinct sense of place and personality.

From the vineyards of Chablis, the J. Moreau & Fils Cuvée Gloire de Chablis arrives with great confidence. Produced by J. Moreau & Fils, a house with roots stretching back to 1814, this wine reflects the hallmark purity of its northern Burgundy origins. Grown in limestone-rich soils, it offers refined minerality, lifted citrus notes, and a crisp, clean finish that lingers just long enough to invite another sip. It is a wine equally suited to aperitif moments or paired with fresh seafood and lighter dishes.

In contrast, the Grasshopper Rock Pinot Noir from Central Otago showcases the elegance that cool-climate New Zealand Pinot Noir has become known for. Bright red cherry notes, fresh acidity, and a touch of tannin create a wine that is both approachable and quietly complex. There is a vibrancy here that reflects its southern origins, a sense of freshness and vitality that makes it a compelling choice for both casual enjoyment and thoughtful pairing.

Together, these two wines illustrate the breadth of our new collection, from the timeless precision of Chablis to the evolving charm of Otago’s finest vineyards.

Our team would be pleased to guide you through the collection and recommend pairings tailored to your preferences. We look forward to sharing these exceptional wines with you.
