Recap. Once again, the Club’s culinary gems were on display, with our Food and Beverage team crafting a one-off menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques, paired with perfectly matched wines for another memorable lunch.

There were over 20 members and guests in attendance, including regulars and newcomers to this lunch format. They quickly realised what great value it was, but more evident were the connections, stories, and laughter shared across the table with other like-minded people.

As everyone sat down and introductions were made, they were greeted with Gruyère Gougères on the table, followed by a Zucchini and Taleggio Tart starter, Whipped Salt Cod, Fried Polenta entrée and the star of the show, Roast Saddle of Lamb, Spinach, and Asparagus. To finish with something sweet was a delicious Eton Mess, White Chocolate, and Passionfruit.
