For the very first time, Tattersalls Club is joining the international celebration of Negroni Week, running from 22–25 September. Our cocktail maestro Eduardo has been busy behind the bar, crafting three inventive spins on the classic.
This year, he’s swapped out the traditional gin for some bold alternatives:
- Mezcal Negroni – smoky, rich, and perfectly balanced
- Cachaça Negroni – a Brazilian twist with a bright, grassy lift
- Red Mill Amaro Rum Negroni – smooth, bittersweet, and layered with herbal notes
And of course, it wouldn’t be Negroni Week without our much-loved House Negroni on the menu.
