Monday 2 March from 07:00 in the pool. As part of our ongoing knowledge sharing and upskilling, the Athletic Department (AD) is proud to announce our next member-led workshop.
As many of you know, our 2025 Sportsperson of the Year, Paris Zhang, had an exceptional year in the pool in various Masters Swimming events where she claimed 19 gold medals and 2 silvers.
Now, drawing from her past experiences and expertise, Paris will be taking budding swimmers through a starts, turns and underwater workshop – a workshop designed for all levels to engage with and enjoy.
This workshop goes hand in hand with our current 14-week programme being offered in the AD, setting expectations for NSW Masters Swimming Long Course Championship being held on Saturday 11 April at Homebush.
Taking place on Monday 2 March from 07:00, the workshop will be held in our pool and Lane 5 area. Spots are limited, so we encourage everyone to sign up quickly by clicking the button below.
