Behind the scenes, the Club relies on a secure member management system. Think of it as the central hub where we keep membership records, contact details and account information organised and up to date. Since 2023, we have been using Salesforce as that system.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the member experience, we regularly review the tools that support the Club. After careful consideration, we will be transitioning to Northstar from Wednesday 1 July 2026. Northstar is a platform designed specifically for private clubs, with a stronger focus on integration and member accessibility.
This change is not about altering your membership or the way you enjoy the Club. It is about upgrading the technology that supports it, ensuring it continues to evolve alongside the needs of our members and our team.
Importantly, many of the features you currently have, including viewing statements, tracking spending in real time and updating your personal details, will continue. The difference is how seamlessly you will be able to access them.
One of the biggest improvements will be a dedicated Members App. You will have everything in one convenient app on your phone. Members will be able to manage their account, review statements, monitor spending, update details and handle bookings, all in a single place. It is designed to be faster, clearer and easier to navigate.
For our team, Northstar brings a more integrated system built specifically for clubs. That means more accurate records, improved reporting and greater efficiency when responding to enquiries, ultimately allowing us to provide a more personalised and timely service.
This move represents an important investment in the future of the Club. By strengthening the systems behind the scenes, we are ensuring that your experience remains seamless, transparent and easy to manage. It is a thoughtful upgrade that supports the next chapter of Tattersalls and places greater convenience directly in the hands of our members.
