Where to start? With the delicious Rhône whites, including Guigal Condrieu 2023 and La Doriane 2023, with hints of violets, apricot, and citrus, all balanced by a crisp, fresh minerality. The flight finishes with the 2019 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Saintes Pierres Blanc, a smooth mix of citrus and peach with a clean, refreshing finish.
Next, explore Rhône reds with Domaine Auguste Clape Le Vin Des Amis Syrah 2023, Chêne Bleu Scipio 2018, and Coudoulet de Beaucastel 2021. This journey showcases spicy, peppery, and fruit-forward profiles, highlighting the depth and elegance of the region’s red blends.
The journey continues with St. Joseph Syrahs, Domaine Jean-Louis Chave ‘Offerus’ Rouge 2023, Guigal Lieu-Dit Saint Joseph 2021, and Guigal Saint Joseph 2020. Expect rich aromas of black fruit, pepper, and subtle oak, with smooth tannins and a refined structure.
Finally, enjoy the Châteauneuf-du-Pape reds, Château de Beaucastel 2021, Guigal 2020, and Château de Nalys 2017, offering ripe fruit, spice, and silky tannins that capture the richness of this famous region. The evening finishes with Domaine De Coyeaux Muscat De Beaumes-De-Venise Cuvée Or des Dentelles 2022.
