Let’s welcome the Year of the Horse with a festive evening of delicious Chinese cuisine and celebration!
Members and guests are invited to join us for an auspicious banquet featuring traditional dishes, crafted to celebrate the Lunar New Year and bring good fortune.
Our full menu is designed around three symbolic themes: Prosperity, Auspiciousness, and Happiness, each reflected in the dishes served throughout the celebration.
Prosperity
- Pork & chive dumplings with crispy chilli oil, soy, and black vinegar
- Abalone glazed with ginger, soy, and Shaoxing
- Stir-fried mud crab with ginger, chilli, and rice wine
- Whole steamed snapper with ginger and shallot dressing
Auspicious
- Five-spice roast duck breast
- Braised mushroom and pak choi with oyster sauce, garlic, and sesame oil
- Steamed rice
Happiness
- Golden orange fortune ball with almond, orange, and sesame
