As the Lunar New Year approaches next week, we’re delighted to invite members and guests to celebrate the year ahead at our auspicious banquet. With just a few places remaining, join us for an evening of traditional Chinese flavours complemented by a drinks package.
Our specially curated menu centres on three symbolic themes: Prosperity, Auspiciousness, and Happiness, with each dish thoughtfully chosen to reflect these throughout the celebration.
The menu includes:
Prosperity
- Pork & chive dumplings with crispy chilli oil, soy, and black vinegar
- Abalone glazed with ginger, soy, and Shaoxing Wine
- Stir-fried mud crab with ginger, chilli, and rice wine
- Whole steamed snapper with ginger and shallot dressing
Auspicious
- Five-spice roast duck breast
- Braised mushroom and pak choi with oyster sauce, garlic, and sesame oil
- Steamed rice
Happiness
- Golden orange fortune ball with almond, orange, and sesame
