Following the strong interest in our recent Breathwork event, the Club is continuing its focus on member wellbeing with an evening dedicated to one of the most overlooked drivers of health, performance and resilience: sleep.
In today’s fast-paced professional environment, quality sleep is no longer a luxury, it is essential. Poor sleep impacts concentration, decision-making, stress levels, recovery, immunity and long-term health. Yet for many professionals, it is often the first thing sacrificed in the pursuit of productivity.
Join Shane Brennan, Meditation and Nervous System Coach for Optimum Sleep, for The Science of Rest for Peak Mental Performance, an immersive session designed to help members better understand the direct relationship between sleep, mental clarity, emotional regulation and sustained performance.
Throughout the evening, members will gain practical insights into what happens in the brain and body during sleep, why both REM and Non-REM sleep are critical for recovery, how circadian and ultradian rhythms affect energy and focus, and which everyday habits may be quietly disrupting restorative rest.
The session will also introduce evidence-based techniques designed to improve sleep quality and nervous system recovery, including the US Military Sleep Technique, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and NSDR/Yoga Nidra practices.
Each participant will receive headphones for a fully immersive guided experience, along with exclusive access to Shane’s Pathways to Sleep eBook and a 7-night deep sleep meditation series available on Spotify.
With only 19 places available, this intimate workshop is expected to fill quickly.
