Elevate your cocktail game this season with an exclusive masterclass led by in-house mixologist Eduardo Martins, showcasing the flavours and techniques behind the Club’s new Autumn and Winter cocktail menu.
From timeless classics to innovative creations, discover the secrets behind signature cocktails, including the Banana’s Republic Old Fashioned, Red Beard Milk Clarification, and Dionisia Fat Wash Dirty Martini, all of which will feature on the new cocktail menu.
Throughout the evening, members will be guided through the fundamentals of mixology while enjoying three cocktails, each paired with a carefully matched selection of substantial canapés to enhance their unique profile. Full recipes will also be provided, allowing you to recreate these standout drinks at home.
