As a wine region\, Veneto brings heft and history to the table. Its importance is in part due to the volume of Pinot Grigio it produces\, and the massive growth in demand for Prosecco. However\, continued recognition of other wines from the region\, such as Valpolicella and Amarone\, helps keep Veneto in the spotlight. \nTo pair with Mr Milgate’s wine\, our Chef Fernando Casanova has curated a menu focusing on Italian specialities from Veneto\, with synergy flowing between plates and glasses.

An authentic Italian experience with special dishes for lunch and dinner (from Tuesday to Friday)\, and a lunch cycling class at the Athletic Department on Thursday at 12:30.
