Cost: $50 per member and $60 for guests \nFollowing the strong interest in our recent Breathwork event\, the Club is continuing its focus on member wellbeing with an evening dedicated to one of the most overlooked drivers of health\, performance and resilience: sleep. \nIn today’s fast-paced professional environment\, quality sleep is no longer a luxury\, it is essential. Poor sleep impacts concentration\, decision-making\, stress levels\, recovery\, immunity and long-term health.
