Tattersalls has a tight-knit community of reciprocal Clubs across the globe. It’s one of our most prominent attributes that benefit our Members greatly as they gain access to like-minded clubs worldwide.

But it has been recently showcased how these established relationships between the Clubs can significantly benefit our staff and the team, with our newest staff member Kerie Dillion joining the Athletic Department.

Kerie hails from the Fitzwilliam Lawn and Tennis club in Ireland which is in our reciprocal network, and through which we have found and welcomed her on board.

Kerie has hit the ground running and has set about establishing herself as our newest Personal trainer and in-house Nutritionist. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in Sports performance, group coaching as well as Mat Pilates.

We look forward to seeing all the great things that Kerie will be doing in the Athletic Department. If you see Kerie make sure you say Hi and give her a big Tattersalls welcome.

So this week for our Get to know the faces behind the desk, bar, and phone series, we will profile Kerie to get to know her better.

Name and position: Kerie; I am a Personal Trainer and Pilates group fitness instructor. I am also a registered Sports Performance Nutritionist with the ISSN. Alongside this, you will see me working at the Athletic Department Desk.

How long have you been here: I just arrived from Ireland at the beginning of October and joined the Club the very next week.

The best thing about Tattersalls Club: The supportive & welcoming working team and the Members that we get to serve and help to improve their health and well-being!

How do you relax outside of the club: Catching a sunrise/sunset with my friends at the beach and going for a dip. Having a coffee with friends or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

What’s your go-to fitness mantra: Your level of health and fitness is a by-product of the choices you have made. Will you continue to have reasons or start to create results?

What influence are you having on the club this weekMy coaching philosophy is based on a term I like to call Peak Contentment. To me, this means maximising your state of happiness and being at ease with your body and mind. I like to help you achieve this through 3 pillars, exercise, mindset, and nutrition. Hopefully, I can help you do that with a smile!

Please contact the team at athletic@tattersallsclub.org to book a one-on-one nutrition consultation or personal training session with Kerie.
