Name and position: Leo Yau and I work in the Club’s F&B section as the Sous Chef.
How long have you been here: I Joined the Club at the end of August 2022.
The best thing about Tattersalls Club: The friendly and amazing staff members who have made me feel welcome from my very first day here.
How do you relax outside of the club: I love going on fishing trips with my friends and my dog Toro. One of my most favourite spot for this is Bundeena beach.
What’s your go-to fitness mantra: I believe in action more than excuses. So to maintain my health, I try to hit the gym two to three times a week.
What influence are you having on the club this week: My aim is to help the Club make our members’ experience here as enjoyable and entertaining as we can.
