Get to know the faces behind the Desk, the bar, and the phone.
There is no doubt we have the best team in the world at the club, so let’s dive deep into the club and learn more about our staff.
Name and position: Pam Gaynor, and I work part-time in the Accounts & Administration Department.
How long have you been here: I am a “boomerang employee” heading towards a combined time of around 6 years.
The best thing about Tattersalls Club is: It has a wonderful sense of community.
How do you relax outside of the club: Walking in the Botany Bay National Park area and hopefully spotting a few whales, reading, sampling Australian wines, snow skiing, and heading down to the beautiful NSW south coast every couple of weeks.
What’s your go-to fitness mantra: Where there is a will there is a way …..
During my last ski season, the goal was that “if I can get my ski boots in the Perisher car park without falling over and injuring myself then I’m not too old to ski”. It was a struggle!
In the next ski season, I am taking a folding camping chair – so I will be able to get my ski boots on and will be skiing!
What influence are you having on the club this week: My aim every day is to listen carefully and thoughtfully communicate.
