It’s that time of year when we gather to look back at the year and celebrate. As in previous years, our Members have enjoyed this time in the Club together over some wine and the wonderful food created by our team in the Kitchen led by Head Chef Fernando.
This year is no different, our Christmas feast offering is designed to be shared amongst friends and family and as always, we are inviting all sub-clubs to join in the fun. Clubs dates booked so far are:

You have the option to choose a two-course or three-course Christmas feast, the menu is shared below:
Entree
Sydney rock oysters with champagne mignonette
King prawns with Marie Rose sauce
Vegetarian antipasto with marinated eggplant, zucchini, artichokes, sundried
tomatoes, olives (v)
Main
Slow-cooked lamb shoulder with salsa verde
Honey and bourbon glazed ham
Baked salmon with tomato and pinenuts
Sides
Dutch cream roast potatoes with confit garlic, rosemary and thyme dressing
Steamed broccolini with slivered almonds
Soft lettuce leaves with heirloom tomatoes and lemon dressing
Dessert
Pavlova with fresh cream, passionfruit and summer berries
House-made Christmas cake with brandy anglaise
Mince pies
Includes a 2-hour beverage package.
These booking options are priced at $80 per person for two courses or $100 per person for three courses, based on a minimum of 6 people sharing.
