AD MOTM.
One of our members competed in the 50 (laps) x 50m x 50 (weeks) MSA Members Challenge 2026. A challenge designed to keep swimming members fit, strong, on track and motivated.
That’s exactly what our January Athletic Department (AD) Member of the Month (MOTM), Howard Roby, achieved last year.
A dedicated swimmer who, this time last year, broke multiple State records for distance swum (in his respective age group) over precise periods of time. Clearly, Howard is not shy about pushing himself hard and achieving results.
Howard has shown time and again that endurance isn’t the only string in his bow. Last year, Howard was a member of our silver-medal-winning relay team at the Masters Short Course Relay Meet.
As our AD MOTM, Howard now goes into the running for our coveted AD Sportsperson of the Year – A trophy that gets announced by the previous winner at the annual Christmas Party.
