Most of us at Tatts know that keeping fit is hard and that boredom is an enemy of fitness. So we need to mix it up even to keep what we have. To quote the recent Tatts book club choice, The Leopard, “If you want things to stay the same, things are going to have to change”.
Kerie has changed the schedule in the Athletic Department and she is going to do better than just keep us fit. With a strength class at midday and a conditioning class immediately after Kerie is happy to push us in a few directions at once. I have done the Kerie double for two weeks and I can confirm that this will leave you very weary but also that the classes are clearly different, she has her own style and is a great trainer. I see almost no room for improvement except to suggest that as we approach St Patrick’s that Kerie’s class soundtrack will start to draw on the Undertones, U2, The Hothouse Flowers, Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher and some of the other handy musicians from her native land.
If you are interested in getting more information about our classes please contact the AD team at athletic@tattersallsclub.org.
