On behalf of all members, the Committee and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mickaela for her contribution and commitment during her time on the Committee. I am honoured to be included in Tattersalls first intake of female members from 10 years ago. I thoroughly enjoy my time as a member and enjoy seeing the steady increase in female and younger membership. I am an active and enthusiastic Athletic Department member and participate in many of the great range of events Tattersalls organises which gives me a good understanding of the club’s purpose and membership interests. I am very interested in helping the Club to grow and prosper into the future.

My professional background is in Human Resource Management which I believe provides a different and human centred perspective for the Committee in steering the Club into the future. Engagement of employees and members and strengthening the values and culture of the Club are areas of expertise that I bring to the Committee. I am also experienced in attracting and retaining diverse populations by ensuring workplaces are welcoming and supportive of people from all backgrounds which I think is important for securing Tattersall’s future.

On a personal level I am very approachable and enjoy connecting with members from all backgrounds and I believe I am an effective advocate for them on the Committee.
