Classes

“Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”

The Club offers members a range of classes to achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether it’s core-strengthening Pilates or a high-intensity boxing class, there’s guaranteed to be a class that fits each member’s needs.

These high-impact and high-intensity workouts use a variety of equipment with an intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed.
This high-intensity class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can include shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, push-ups, shuttle-runs and core training.

This high-impact class focuses on using body weight only to get your heart rate up. The class combines high and low-impact movements, core training and strength exercises to get the most out of your own body weight.

A high-intensity and high-impact class that combines resistance and cardio training. With exercises and equipment changing each week, it’s designed to push you to your limits.
Cycle Fusion is a high-intensity class, combining the cardiovascular components of spin with the key elements of Pilates. Most classes incorporate Pilates props and use pre choreographed spin sets designed to increase your heart rate, while still focusing on the movements which will help in your flexibility, strength and balance.
Functional Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance with added exercises and a quicker tempo. Suitable for advanced levels, it not only works strength but also cardio fitness.
Pilates focuses on low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance with an emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Spin is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills. Our indoor cycling class is choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

Basic, foundational yoga postures are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
A vigorous, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa-style yoga, Yoga Power balances the athleticism of Ashtanga, with lots of Vinyasa poses, while maintaining yoga fundamentals.
