A question to reflect on – when was the last time you felt calm and in control of your emotions?
We are busier and working more than ever, day to day stresses are at a high and unfortunately it’s our personal health that gets put second for deadlines and emails.
With this in mind, we want to empower all our members to find the right tools to help them switch off from the outside world and focus on themselves (if only for 20 mins).
On Wednesday April 19th Yoga instructor and meditation Guru Andrew Hampson will be guiding us through a meditation and yoga workshop designed to help us destress and return to normal.
Andrew has over 30 years of experience in meditation and yoga and can personally vouch for how putting what he preaches into practice can lead to a healthy and stress-free lifestyle.
This workshop is part of a series of wellness and lifestyle improvements being put together and hosted by the Athletic Department for the month of April.
It is open to everyone from seasoned Yoga veterans to first-timers who need a little bit of guidance.
