Requesting a Letter of Introduction has never been so easy. With access to over 100 Clubs worldwide, we want our members to take advantage of this unique opportunity to visit iconic Reciprocal Clubs such as the New York Athletic Club, the Lansdowne Club, and many others around the world. Today, we are going to show how you can request a Letter of Introduction in just a few minutes!
What is a Letter of Introduction?
A Letter of Introduction connects you with other Clubs in our reciprocal network. Once sent, you’ll enjoy the same privileges as a local member at your chosen Club (subject to Club conditions). Simply specify your chosen Club, travel dates, guests, and any special requests. Feel free to look at our Reciprocal Clubs here.
How do I access the Letter of Introduction?
Firstly, you will need to log in to your Members Portal, which you can find here. If you are having trouble accessing the portal, please email [email protected] to let us know so we can make this process seamless for you!
If you don’t have any issues, then the picture below is where you should be! Outlined in red is the option to Request the Letter of Introduction, which you will want to click.

From here, you will see the picture below.

All you need to do is select one of our wonderful Reciprocal Clubs you would like to visit, select your dates of arrival and departure, the number of guests they should expect, and if any, notes and information that you would like to let the Reciprocal Club know about.
When you’re done, just hit ‘Submit’ in the bottom right corner. Your Letter of Introduction will be sent to your chosen Reciprocal Club and they will get back to you in acknowledgement, ensuring you have the best experience on your travels!
