It has been over a month since the introduction of this new class, drawing strong interest from members seeking safe and effective ways to enhance their strength, balance, and recovery. Designed as a low-impact, science-backed session, OsteoStrong focuses on bone density, joint stability, and muscular strength, making it especially helpful for recovery and long-term health.

Members were guided through a series of exercises using efficient and proven training protocols in a calm, supportive setting.
