The Club, Abu Dhabi is located on the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Arabian Gulf and is a much-loved leisure, beach and social club all rolled into one. It has been the perfect place for the elites in Abu Dhabi to meet for decades and has been awarded the Top 100 City Club in the World by Club Leaders Forum, Platinum Clubs of the World 2022/23.
What was so extraordinary that it made it to the list?
The UAE institution – launched by an intrepid team of expats back in 1962 on land in Mina Saadiyat was donated by His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayhan, which is now home to a variety of award-winning dining venues, a state-of-the-art Health Complex, and a multitude of fitness activities.
But it’s much more than that…
The Club offers their Members and to our members through our Reciprocal connection, the opportunity to participate in a large variety of different sports ranging from running a number of sailing courses to taking advantage of the beautiful open waters surrounding the venue, including trysails and private sailing lessons for all members eager to make waves, to Abu Dhabi Sub Aqua Club is also being a sub-section of the establishment, offering members a chance to explore the clear and warm waters of the city’s coastline and take part in regular training courses for beginners as well as more seasoned divers, and for those keen to keep a firm footing on dry land, The Club boasts four floodlit tennis courts, plus squash and racketball courts.
They also offer an abundance of activities for our Junior Members, with an extensive Junior programme of activities, including sailing, swimming, ballet, tennis, musical theatre, karate, tennis, football, and so much more.
The Club makes for a perfect vacation spot for Members wishing to relax in the sun with its two spectacular beaches surrounding their property and a 25m swimming pool.
