For decades patrons were guided to the second most expensive wine on a list (typically hosting wine with the biggest margin for the venue) Human nature at its most predictable.

Here at Tattersalls, one of the many benefits of being a member is our high-quality wines that the team have curated with a fixed markup, ensuring you know the real value of our list, and enabling us to invest more in your experience.

Our latest wine list is ready for you to enjoy from Monday 3 April.

Members will have the opportunity to try a list of wines that spans a roster of funky, small-production wineries from the New World. There are skin-contact wines and even those lesser-seen grapes from unfamiliar regions such as Alpine Valley. And of course, the more robust options such as a McLaren Vale shiraz or a Yarra Valley pinot noir. Located in the foothills of Yarra ranges, our pinot is so delicious that you will feel like you went from standing on the ranges overlooking the Bass Strait, to hang-gliding over it, with a soliloquy.

Our ‘Something Different’ section includes Ezzy’s new favourite – the 2019 Castagna Adam’s Rib chardonnay with viognier from Beechworth, served by Coravin. Our Limited Cellar Club Release section continues to feature some award-winning wineries with only a small allocation, and also our Halliday-rated section with wines of 95 points or higher, remains.

Venture in and try our new wine list from April.
