The 2019 Tyrrell’s Vat 1 Semillon is the flagship and an undisputed benchmark. First released in the early 1960s, Vat 1 has consistently defined the style and remains one of Australia’s most awarded white wines. Made exclusively from estate fruit and bottled early to retain freshness, it is celebrated for its ability to evolve gracefully over decades. $133 Bottle
