With exercise being a key part of so many daily routines, we in the Athletic Department know that you need your fix to make the day count. The AD is temporarily closed over the long weekend but exercise is accessible and easy for all with our on-demand service.
That’s why we are re-sharing our exclusive Youtube channel with a range of exercises and classes to suit all your fitness needs.
The channel has some flow and yin style Yoga by Hilke and Andrew, beginner to advanced Pilates with Malcolm and Jeanette, as well as some bodyweight exercise sets with Chris which will justify all the hot cross buns and Easter eggs you choose to partake in.
