One of the most loved benefits of being a Member of Tattersalls Club is requesting a Letter of Introduction to different parts of the world. Recently, we had amazing feedback from one of our Members, Noel Condon, who has been in the Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club, in Dublin, Ireland:
“Hello,
I have just returned from Dublin … my hometown. And having taken full advantage of our Tattersalls connection to Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club I felt the need to recommend it to fellow members.
Over the years, I have been a regular user of our reciprocal arrangements … Melbourne, New York, Brisbane. Fitzwilliam is a standout. Ireland is renowned for friendliness and a warm welcome … well, Fitzwilliam provides both from the minute you arrive. I was consistently greeted warmly by staff and members alike.
The gym is large, very well equipped and has the best view of any gym I know (the Dublin Mountains).
I could come and go as I pleased and was given access to a private room for Zoom calls.
Their bar/restaurant doubles as a library in the mornings and the coffee, drinks and food are reasonably priced and high quality.
Really it was a home from home for me for two weeks and I commend Fitzwilliam to my fellow Tattersalls members should you have reason to visit Ireland.
Best regards
Noel.”
As we continue to digitise our Club’s processes, the reception of Letters of Introduction for our Reciprocal Clubs will now be automated. To facilitate this, all requests for letters must be made via our Member Portal. Below are the steps to guide you through the request process:
- Access your Member Portal and go to “Request Letter of Introduction”
2. Fill in all the information needed and click “Submit”
If you still don’t have access to your Member Portal, please contact our team.
