This is a great wine and here’s why!
This “Mother Vine’ Monopole Vine Shiraz is a graceful wine cultivated from the cuttings of one ancient vine dating back to 1853 in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, where the wines are lush, fruit-forward and embody the warmer, sunnier climates. There is something special in this highly individual, in your glass you will be greeted by a deep dark red shining hue its red and purple fruits foremost its palate is rich and full with a velvet texture and the tannins underneath are super fine.
This wine has genuine confidence in melding rich flavours giving structure and balance, and pairs well with our Pappardelle with Lamb ragout, Grilled eye beef fillet with a potato gratin, or just with our Australian-made cheeses.
