Tuesday 29 July from 07:00 at the Athletic Department
Lacking winter motivation and wanting to do something that inspires you, do you need something to break the winter blues and get you feeling great again? The Athletic Department team are pleased to announce our next event, designed to get everyone involved. Tattersalls is taking on MURPH- known as one of the toughest workouts on the CrossFit circuit. The Murph Challenge is not just a physical test, but also a mental and emotional one. Participants are pushed to their limits and encouraged to persevere through the pain and exhaustion.
Tattersalls members have the choice of three different difficulty levels. As a result, they will follow a progressive six-week training program that can be completed independently, and they may also join weekly group training sessions.
The 6-week program will culminate by completing the Murph challenge on a Test day.
The timeline for the event is:
Day 1: Tuesday 29 July starting at 07:00.
Test Day: Tuesday 09 September starting at 07:00
There are 3 levels for which members can try on the day. Level Pro: 1.6km run 100 pull-ups / 100 TRX rows 200 push-ups 300 air squats 1.6km run
Level Intermediate:
