Since stepping into the role of Club Secretary in March, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you and getting to know the incredible community that makes this Club so unique. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new role, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and suggestions. Your input is invaluable, and I encourage you to keep it coming—our continued success depends on it.
Clubs, like ours, require evolution, not revolution. To grow and thrive, we need to recognise and nurture the talent that will help us evolve. In keeping with this direction, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Jared Patira to Operations Manager. Jared, who many of you know from his over nine years of dedicated service, has consistently proven himself by working in our Athletics, Food and Beverage, Events and Administration departments and overseeing the club facilities.
Jared’s deep knowledge of club operations and his genuine care for staff and members made his promotion a natural and well-deserved decision.
Additionally, Mario Della Corte, who has been an integral part of our Food and Beverage department for over eight years, has been promoted to Restaurant and Bar Manager. Mario’s passion for hospitality and strong leadership have helped cement our Club’s service standards, while his personal approach—especially his table-side cooking—has elevated the dining experience for our members.
I’m also pleased to announce Cinzia Della Corte’s promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager. Cinzia’s enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to excellence shine through in everything she does. Her incredible service was recognised with her well-earned Employee of the Year award, and her recent completion of a Certificate IV in business administration is a testament to her dedication to the Club’s growth.
Our entire leadership team is focused on delivering the highest service for all our members and guests. I’m confident that, with your support and their commitment, we will continue to evolve and meet the needs of our members, both now and in the future.
