What is HIIT circuit training?

There was a rumbling in the Athletic Department last week with excited Members lining up to have a look at the new and very much improved spin bikes.

After much research and consultation, the AD team landed on the ICG7; the top of the range spin bike from life fitness. The award-winning IC7 is the most advanced indoor cycle ever designed. Its pioneering design and functionality are due largely to an innovative two-stage drivetrain. Freed of the large centre pulley characteristic of traditional bike design, the IC7 brings a lower, sleeker profile to the studio.
