Business Owners Forum is back for 2022 and no pandemic will get in the way of this group of dynamic members!
BOF is where Members with an interest in business meet to network and share the latest information on business and the economy.
The meeting takes place in a round table format under the Chatham House rule. Members take the time to understand each other’s businesses and markets; everyone gets access to a huge extended network and the BOF brains trust.
This week saw a strong turn out – in person! – for a delicious breakfast and tea and coffee (and five-star service from Esmond and Mario). What a way to start the day.
After we welcomed two new members to the group, it was down to business as we discussed the hot topics over a host of different industries.
Can you guess the hot topic that was hotter than the rest? The hottest of hot topics? The post-covid future of work.
- How can we plan for the future?
- What do employees want?
- What work can be done from home? What can’t?
- Will young managers ever see a partner face to face again?
- What work can be done from another country?
- Should I renew my office lease?
Next BOF we will explore all these and more! The themes for the round table discussion will be ‘post-Covid future of work’ and ‘accountability systems for business owners’.
