This quarter’s recognition goes to someone who has quietly and consistently been part of the backbone of our Athletic Department, Chris Grob.

Chris is one of the longest-serving members of the AD team and a familiar face to so many of our members. You’ll often spot him at the AD Desk, greeting people with his calm presence and consistent reliability. He has a natural way of making the space feel welcoming and organised, and his attitude sets the tone for the rest of the team.

What makes Chris stand out is how seamlessly he moves through the many roles he plays. From assisting at the desk, to leading classes, to running personal training sessions, he steps in wherever needed without fuss or fanfare, and always with quiet professionalism.

Colleagues appreciate his integrity and support, and members often comment on his friendliness and approachability. He’s the type of team member who doesn’t need the spotlight to make an impact, he simply shows up, does the work, and lifts the standard for everyone around him.

We’re proud to recognise Chris with this quarter’s award and grateful for the consistency, care and service he brings to the Club every single day.
