The fitness event of the year is back, and this time you choose your adventure!
The dreaded signup board has returned to the Athletic Department, and the team is taking names and forming teams as we speak.
The concept for the event is a little different from the last few years, this year we are giving you the ability to choose how hard and how far you go.
Over the 5 days, you will choose the distance you will cover in Swimming, Cycling, Running, Rowing and a team-based triathlon.
Each cardio event has 4 levels of difficulty meaning you can maximize your points based on your strengths and abilities.
The cardio elements are capped at 45 minutes per day.
This year we have also added a strength-based element (both physical and mental) to the challenge, teams have 5 days to complete a number of reps as well as ice bath minutes to gain extra points.
The strength-based exercises you have the whole 5 days to complete and get the most reps completed.
